应用

SSKV夹爪主要设计用于拉入和弹出陡峭的锥度工具，该工具带有按DIN，ANSI，MAS，JIS和ISO国际标准化的拉钉，可快速，自动地更换工具。驱动是机械的，液压的，机电的或气动的。

设计特点

SSKV抓爪具有由环形弹簧固定的六个夹头，该夹头允许摇摆运动以夹持陡峭的锥度工具。在夹紧过程中，位于中心的拉拔螺栓的锥度增加了促动力，从而在夹头上产生了更高的夹紧力。特殊的摩擦涂层可确保最大的恒定夹紧力。夹持器免维护。

Application

SSKV grippers are primarily designed for drawing in and ejecting steep taper tools provided with pull studs internationally standardized as per DIN, ANSI, MAS, JIS and ISO which allow fast, automatic tool changes. Actuation is mechanical, hydraulic, electromechanical or pneumatic.

Design features

SSKV grippers have six collets held by an annular spring which allows a rocking movement for clamping the steep taper tools. During clamping the taper of the centrally positioned draw bolt increases the actuation force, thereby generating a much higher clamping force at the collets. The special tribolic coating guarantees the highest possible constant clamping force. The gripper is maintenance free.

A locking bolt permits infinitely variable positioning and fixation of the gripper in the z-axis. No special tools are required for assembly and disassembly.
